What the job involves.
We specialize in roofing and home repair when storm damage has occurred, working directly with your insurance company and making sure the claim process goes smoothly. A storm does not respect the boundary between trades, and a claim that only covers the roof usually means the rest of the list was never documented.
The list we work from is what a North Texas storm actually does: wind damage, blown shingles, fences that have been torn down, back sheds with hail hits, gutters, windows, water leaks, sheetrock with mold, and trees that have come down on decking or framing. Our job is to repair the damage and bring the home back to pre-storm condition.
How It Works
Free inspection
Call and we set up a detailed inspection with a certified hail, wind and storm inspector. It costs nothing whether or not there is a claim in it.
File the claim
If we find damage, you sign our contract for us to work with your insurer, then you file. Send us the adjuster details and we set up the appointment.
Meet the adjuster on the roof
We are there to represent you. Afterwards the insurer sends you paperwork, and you forward it to us before signing so the scope can be checked.
Install and final inspection
Colors chosen, old roof off and disposed of, new system and ventilation on, the site swept, and a final inspection to close it out.
The Difference
Where these jobs go wrong.
The reason one company on all of it matters is scheduling. Three separate contractors, three separate scopes and three separate supplements is how a claim ends up half finished in November, with the fence still down and the ceiling still stained.
Emergency work comes first where it has to. A roof that is open to the sky needs covering before anything else gets discussed, and a ceiling holding water needs the water out of it before the drywall comes down.

Storm Damage, answered.
Is fence damage part of a roof claim?
It is usually part of the same policy claim rather than a separate one. Wind takes fence sections down in the same event that takes shingles off, and both are covered under the same dwelling or other-structures coverage on most Texas homeowner policies.
Can you tarp a roof after a storm?
Yes, and an open roof gets covered before anything else is discussed. Emergency covering is also normally reimbursable under the policy, so keep the receipt and the photographs.
What about water damage inside?
Sheetrock, insulation and the mold that follows a slow leak are part of the same restoration. It is on the list of what we handle, and it usually needs documenting at the same time as the roof rather than later.
Do you work on sheds and outbuildings?
Yes. A back shed with hail hits is on the list, and it is the item most often left off a scope because nobody walked to the back of the lot.
What should I do before you get there?
Photograph everything from a safe position on the ground, keep any receipts for emergency work, and do not throw away damaged material. Stay off the roof.
