What the job involves.
Call us today to schedule your free roof inspection. If you have been through a severe storm in North Texas, call immediately and we will look over your roof for free with a detailed inspection, so you know exactly what to expect.
There is a second reason to have one done, and it has nothing to do with a claim. The month after a hail event, every street in the affected area gets worked door to door by people who have looked at the roof from a car. Knowing what is up there yourself is the fastest way to make that conversation short.
How It Works
Free inspection
Call and we set up a detailed inspection with a certified hail, wind and storm inspector. It costs nothing whether or not there is a claim in it.
File the claim
If we find damage, you sign our contract for us to work with your insurer, then you file. Send us the adjuster details and we set up the appointment.
Meet the adjuster on the roof
We are there to represent you. Afterwards the insurer sends you paperwork, and you forward it to us before signing so the scope can be checked.
Install and final inspection
Colors chosen, old roof off and disposed of, new system and ventilation on, the site swept, and a final inspection to close it out.
The Difference
Where these jobs go wrong.
A real inspection covers more than the field of the roof. The soft metal takes hail before the shingles show it, so vents, flashing, gutters and downspouts get read first. Then the slopes, one at a time, looking for bruising, granule loss and fractured mat rather than for holes. Then the penetrations, which is where an old roof leaks long before the field fails.
Buyers ask for these too. Knowing the age and the condition of the roof on a house you are about to buy changes what the roof is worth to you, and it is a good deal cheaper to find out before closing than after.

Inspections, answered.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. It is free whether or not there is a claim in it, and free whether or not you hire us.
How long does it take?
Most single-family roofs take under an hour on site. A large or cut-up roof takes longer, and a commercial deck takes longer again.
What do I get at the end?
What was found on each slope, the photographs that go with it, and a straight answer about whether it needs anything yet. Plenty of roofs turn out to be fine and we say so.
Do I need one before buying a house?
It is worth it. The roof is the single most expensive component on most houses and the one that is hardest to judge from the ground. Finding out before closing is cheaper than finding out after.
Do I have to be there?
No, though it helps at the end. Being there for the walkthrough of the photographs is the part worth turning up for.
