If we find damage, you sign our contract for us to work with your insurer, then you file. Send us the adjuster details and we set up the appointment.
Meet the adjuster on the roof
We are there to represent you. Afterwards the insurer sends you paperwork, and you forward it to us before signing so the scope can be checked.
Install and final inspection
Colors chosen, old roof off and disposed of, new system and ventilation on, the site swept, and a final inspection to close it out.

Is a metal roof loud in the rain?
Less than people expect. A metal roof over solid decking and underlayment, which is how a residential one is built, sounds much like any other roof from inside. The noise people remember comes from a metal panel roof on open purlins over a barn.
Does hail ruin a metal roof?
It can dent it. A heavier-gauge panel resists denting better than a thin one, and a dent is cosmetic rather than a leak. What hail does not do to metal is fracture the mat the way it does on an asphalt shingle.
Can metal go over my existing shingles?
Sometimes, and it is not always the right call. It saves the tear-off but it hides the decking, and decking is the thing worth looking at on a roof old enough to be replaced.
How much more does metal cost than shingle?
